Top rated Italian spot in Philly and for good reason. This place was top notch. Got some seats outside and sampled most of the menu. Gnocci was superb but their rigatoni with sausage ragu was out of this world. A must try fish when you go. Can’t go wrong with anything you get.

From the pasta to the cocktails: everything was excellent! The service was outstanding, they even brought us mini versions of the pasta we didn’t order for us to taste them anyway... it was AMAZING!

Overall an amazing experience. The food was so light despite having hearty ingredients and every element to the dish seemed to have so much thought and care. We sat inside and even watching them prepare the dishes in front of us was intentional and done well. The interior space has a great atmosphere that blends vintage italian cafe with an old home kitchen, and the staff do an amazing job at creating a family atmosphere for the guests. Also loved how they didn’t use/rely on cheese so heavily as many other pasta places do.

Best meal of our entire trip (yes beating out the cheesesteak which is a hard one to top!). I made a resy as soon as they opened and recommend you do as well given the small, quaint dining area. The service was great, it’s fun to see the chefs cooking and the cocktails were great! Absolutely recommend if you’re visiting or even local.

This establishment consistently receives compliments to the culinary team at the vetri food joint. This homemade pasta establishment prepares dishes that will astound your palate. They elevate Italian fair cuisine to new heights. I thoroughly enjoy this establishment and may consider it my favorite in Philadelphia.

I fell in love with this place. The people that work here were everything. The food was phenomenal and we came during a thunderstorm and were so well taken care of while we waited for our table. Couldn't have had a better intro to Philly. Will recommend to everyone.

Came for my birthday for the first time. It was everything I have heard and then some. Can't go wrong with any dish on the menu. We sat outside and our server was thoughtful and polite. My wife is vegetarian and their were both appetizers and main dishes for her selection and she was absolutely delighted with the experience. She's also been there 4 times before so she knew going in. Love this place and the small venue inside, can't wait to come back again!

First time in Philly and after trying so many places, and some of the big hitters, this is by far the one we enjoyed the most! Top notch Italian! Smaller menu but works as there's great variety in the pasta options and they're all phenomenal. Definitely quality over quantity. The outdoor atmosphere was nice even in the rain and the staff was so hospitable and attentive. The indoor was also really cool and would like to experience that next time and see the live action. Everything knocked our socks off including the focaccia, but if you are a red sauce fan the rigatoni was great and the biggest portion of them. For the white sauce fiends the ricotta gnocchi blew me away and was the best I've ever had (side note this was a complimentary dish so it might have been a smaller portion compared to the usual order, but regardless it's worth it)!
